To claim this warranty, you must send an email to support@discovercars.com for customer service, including the following details:

The reservation number,

Rental date, time and period,

The link on the website with the cheapest rate (s); and the name of the other car rental broker,

An image that includes the date, type of car, and fee (s) provided by the website.

What's the deadline to submit my claim?

You can submit the request to support@discovercars.com within 24 hours after completing the reservation.

The request will be answered within 72 hours.

Our offer and the offer from the other car rental provider must:

Be exactly the same. This means that: the destination, the place of collection, the place of delivery, the rental period, the vehicle category, additional extras, additional costs (taxes and fees) and the insurance package must all be identical.

Be in the same coin.

Booking conditions (for example, early booking provisions, booking change conditions and cancellation policy) must match the booking terms and conditions.

The best price guarantee is not valid for:

Reservations made on request;

Competitive prices presented 24 hours after booking;

Reservations made through travel agencies or partner sites;

Reservations in combination with discounts or other promotions;

Rental rates beyond 28 days.

Our customer support team will check the offer of the other company and, if all the conditions listed are met, you will receive the price difference in the form of Credit for future bookings.
