How do I place my first order on celio.com?

Step 1: Identification

If this is your first order, you must create a customer account. To do this, all you need to do is enter an email address and complete the requested information. Make sure your email address is valid to receive all notifications related to the tracking of your order.

If you have never placed an order but you are registered for the "celio open" program, your email address already exists in our database. To activate your account on celio.com, all you have to do is enter your email address and click on "forgot password". If you are already a customer on celio.com, identify yourself with the email address and password that you registered during your previous order and click on "Continue" to go to the next step. How can I use a promo code?

Before using a promo code, we recommend that you first check its conditions of validity.

If the conditions of validity are respected, it is during the validation of your basket that you will be able to enter your promo code and recalculate the total amount of your order.
