Rebelstork serves as a place to facilitate the buying and selling of new and used products for babies and children. Vendors who are individuals or corporations can have product quality assessed, listings configured, use our pricing algorithm and get paid ('Supplier' or 'you'). We offer suppliers a service where we handle all aspects of the product list. By using our website or becoming a supplier on our website, you agree to these supplier terms, our privacy policy and the website terms of use. We reserve the right to change or modify these Provider Terms in our sole discretion at any time.

Supplier Eligibility

To become a Supplier, complete the sales form and submit or contact customer service directly. Providers must be of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence to use Rebelstork. All Registered Providers represent that they have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and that they have not previously been suspended or removed from the Site. If you are using or opening a business account with Rebelstork on behalf of a company, entity or organization (collectively, a "Company"), you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Company with authority to bind you to these Terms of the Vendor and that you agree to these Vendor Terms on behalf of the Company.

Eligible products or items

All items or products listed on our website must be owned by you, clean and free from stains and must be manufactured by one of the accepted brands in accordance with our brand listing on the website. Items over +4 years old (manufactured date) may not pass the check.

All products or items must meet one of the following categories:

Great = Used item, moderate scratches, scratches, fading and wear. All parts present, unless otherwise indicated in the item list.

Good = Used item, prominent scratches, scratches, fading and wear. All parts present, unless otherwise indicated in the item list.

By accepting the pre-listing requirements on our website, you are assuring the quality of your item and its condition and represent and warrant the following:

the item was purchased in Canada or found to be safe for use in Canada;

the item is new or in good condition;

the item is fit for purpose;

the item has not suffered damage that would compromise its safe use and;

the item is not listed for sale on any other website.

If your item is determined through our quality check that it does not meet the above criteria and is therefore not eligible to be sold on the website, Rebelstork will notify you.
