Return conditions

In general, an item can only be returned if it meets the following conditions:

-The item has not been used (applies to both exchanges and returns)

-Less than 30 days have passed since you received or acquired the item

-In the case of manufacturing defects, less than 2 years have passed since you received or acquired the item

Online returns:

In addition to meeting the requirements stated above, the item must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received. If you no longer have the original packaging, replace it with packaging of a similar size and capacity.

If all these conditions are met, Camper will refund the cost of your purchase less the original shipping costs. If you paid COD, the additional shipping charge applied to this payment method will also be subtracted from the refund amount. The cost of return shipping will be subtracted from your refund. Can I exchange or return an item purchased with a promotional code?

Any purchase made using a promotional code is still eligible for all Camper guarantees.

If you choose to return an item and ask for a refund, you will be refunded the applicable amount using your original form of payment.

Camper is under no obligation to replace the promotional code used to purchase the returned item.
